This week in class we will finish Module 5 on Fractions. Please review the links below for assignments.
Learning Targets:
- Add and subtract mixed numbers with like denominators, e.g., by replacing each mixed number with an equivalent fraction, and/or by using properties of operations and the relationship between addition and subtraction.
- Solve word problems involving addition and subtraction of fractions referring to the same whole and having like denominators, e.g., by using visual fraction models and equations to represent the problem.
Important Dates:
Wed 3/16 - End of Module 5 TEST
Wed 3/16 - Science Topic 4 - Lesson 3 Energy Transfer Test
Homework 29- 1 page due each day
Thursday - Early Release 10:45
